• Please pray for this little girl. My name is Katie McKnight from Rathfriland and I'm 3. On Sunday 20th December I was diagnosed with a cancer called Neruoblastoma. You may have never heard of this type of tumour but let me explain a little. Neuroblastoma is a tumour which mostly affects children and there is no comparable tumour in an adult. Only about 80-90 children per year are diagnosed with it in the UK. It arises from particular nerve cells which run in a chain-like fashion up the back of the abdomen and chest and into the skull following the line of the spinal cord. However, the most common place for the tumour to grow is in the abdomen, which is where mine is supposed to have started. Mummy and Daddy brought me into the Royal Belfast Hospital for sick children on Sunday afternoon at 5pm as they had realised I had no feeling in my legs. By 12 midnight, after being poked and prodded, scanned numerous times and x-rayed, results came back showing that I had an aggressive tumour that was on my spine and behind my tummy. I then had an emergency 4 hour operation so the tumour on my spine could be removed to give me the best chance of walking again. This is a very brief outline of what has happened in the space of a few days and how my family's life has been turned upside down. I would appreciate your prayers at this time. Please pray: * The tumour will respond well to chemo * I won't feel too sick during and after the treatment * During treatment I will be free from any infection * For my bone marrow to be clear from cancer by the end of my first session of chemo (which consists of 8 cycles) so stem cells can be harvested before I receive a session of high dose chemo * The feeling will come back into my lower body * My Mummy and Daddy as they travel to and from the hospital, dealing with the prospect of 1 year intense treatment and a new born baby arriving in a few weeks time. * Stength for the whole family circle - that God's grace will be sufficient for them in these days * For the Doctors and nurses as they treat me.

• I would like to give God the Glory for answered prayer my friend Liz is leaving for England on Sunday we wish her Gods blessing she had asked that God would provide her with a job and a house close to her parents and after 2 years God has found the perfect job and home for her.I thank God on her behalf.

• I am relocating back to England to be able to take care of my elderly parents. I went for an interview on Monday and have seen a house I love but can't afford. I have put in a lower bid and they have yet to come back to me. Please pray that I am successful in the job and that I hear very soon as I need to hear to be able to get a mortgage. Thank you.

• Hello my 6 year old daughter Hannah was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2007 She has had 3 surgeries and radiation treatment She has to have a MRI every 6 months to make sure the tumor doesn't return She has her MRI this November 4th Please please pray that the scan is clear and that the tumor NEVER returns God bless her always Thank you so much
